1. Insurance RequirementsUnited States
- General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
- Product Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence
- Workers' Compensation: As required by state law
- Property Insurance: Covering full replacement value of equipment
- Name smert.ai, Inc. as Additional Insured on all policies
- Provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) before delivery
2. Site Preparation Checklist
- Electrical: Dedicated circuit per equipment specifications (voltage, amperage)
- Space: Minimum clearance as specified in equipment documentation
- Network: Stable internet connection (if cloud-connected equipment)
- Environmental: Temperature 50-95°F (10-35°C), Humidity < 80%
- Floor: Level surface capable of supporting equipment weight
- Access: Clear path for equipment delivery and installation
3. Safety Implementation Requirements
- Install physical barriers or safety zones around operating equipment
- Implement emergency stop procedures accessible from multiple locations
- Post warning signs in appropriate languages
- Provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all operators
- Conduct site-specific risk assessment before operation
- Establish lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance
