Safety Acknowledgments

I acknowledge that robotic equipment involves inherent risks including moving parts, electrical hazards, and automated movements that may cause injury or property damage.

I confirm that I have read and understood MSSA Section 8 (Robotics Safety Disclaimers) and Section 9 (AI Liability Limitations).

I waive all claims against smert.ai for injuries, property damage, or losses arising from improper installation, use, or failure to implement adequate safety measures.

I commit to implementing appropriate safety measures at the installation site, including physical barriers, emergency stops, warning signs, and PPE for operators.

I agree to maintain operator training records and ensure all personnel who operate or maintain the equipment complete smert.ai's training program.

I confirm that my company maintains the minimum liability insurance coverage as required by MSSA Section 8A.
